The Programme we have chosen to use for the titles in our film is LiveType. This is the best software available on the Mac computers and contains a variety of different fonts, styles and animations to use in the titles.
From looking through the livetype fonts and animations, it is clear that they are much better than the font and effect found and used on imovie. Proffesional opening sequences often have much more complex titles than a simple white font scrolling across a black background.
